Ordering on www.betaplus.com takes place via a secure server: https://secure.betaplus.com. This means that your address and credit-card details are stored securely and cannot be viewed by others.
How can I order a book that is not listed on the website?
All of the titles on our website are available from stock. Unlisted titles have been completely sold out and will not be reprinted.
However, sometimes you may find the title you are looking for in a different language version of the website: go to the homepage of our website www.betaplus.com and select another language.
If you still have a specific question about a book that you are unable to find on the website, please send a message to info@betaplus.com and we will respond as quickly as possible.
How long will I have to wait to receive my order?
All orders are processed on the day of receipt and sent by UPS within 24 hours.
We always choose the best UPS rate.
Transit times for Europe (from our offices in Belgium) are a maximum of six working days.
The best UPS rates are also selected for non-European countries. All packages for non-European destinations are delivered within seven working days.
How are the books packaged?
We attach a great deal of importance to your order.
All of the books are packaged very carefully in specially made book boxes with reinforced corners.
If you order a minimum of three books, they will be packed in double boxes, protected on all sides by foam or air-cushion packaging and/or sturdy cardboard.
What should I do if I have questions or comments about delivery, the publication date of new titles or any other issues?
